I have known Sarah since we were way back as littles at the University of Iowa. That Bowery Street clan that manuvered beer pong tables in basements, showing off how cute we thought we were. She arrived one day into our little scene with a guy who seemed WAY more into himself, heck we all did. But rumour was---- Eric was not really going to keep her long.
BAH.
LIES.
Fast Forward 8 years later....
They lived together, the cried together, they bought a house together... and a dog together.
It was about time something happend.
And thankfully --- it did.
In the Most Perfect of Ways.

Mother's Day is coming.
And in most cases, I am hurting in my heart, for my Mother passed over 6 years ago. Before she even got to meet my sweet baby boy. Well, he is almost 5 now, so I guess he isn't a baby anymore. LOL.
Mother's Day is super sentimental to me, because each mother should be remembered in the beauty and light that she creates for other's every single day.
This beauty of a Mama, struggled for years trying to get this baby girl. And now they are complete.
Every photo is special.
Every moment is real.

I am grateful to know stories like these to bring together the beauty of a portrait into a reality and something to hold onto for generations.
